Essential processing
Hosting systems process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the website. The contact form processes the details a sender chooses to provide, protected by Turnstile, rate limiting and a hidden anti-spam field.
Analytics and consent
Google Analytics is not loaded unless the visitor expressly accepts statistics cookies. Advertising signals remain disabled. Consent can be withdrawn through Cookie settings in the footer.
Purposes and legal bases
Our legitimate interest in secure website operation supports necessary hosting and anti-spam processing. We handle contact messages to answer an enquiry, take requested steps before a contract or fulfil a contract, as applicable. Optional analytics relies on consent. Providing a name is optional; the form needs an email address and message so we can handle the enquiry. You can read the website without sending a message or accepting analytics.
Storage and deletion
Contact messages remain in the mailbox only as long as needed to handle the matter and meet applicable recordkeeping duties or resolve legal claims. We do not maintain a separate database of form submissions. The consent preference remains in this browser’s local storage until it is changed or browser data is cleared. Hosting and analytics providers apply their own service retention settings; the links below explain their processing.
External and commercial links
The UK edition currently contains no UK affiliate tracking links. Following an external link sends you to another operator, whose privacy rules apply there. Before activating commercial links we verify tracking and update this notice. We do not sell contact messages or forward enquiries to commercial partners as sales leads.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the applicable law and exceptions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the publisher above to exercise your rights; any identity check will be proportionate. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office or a competent EU supervisory authority, including LDI Nordrhein-Westfalen at the publisher’s German place of establishment.
International processing
The publisher is established in Germany. Cloudflare and Google may process data internationally, including in the United States. Their Cloudflare data-processing terms, Cloudflare privacy policy and Google information below describe relevant safeguards and recipient arrangements. This site does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about visitors by automated means.
Mailbox provider and repeated submissions
Cloudflare Email Routing forwards WOHNALIO messages to our Gmail mailbox at Google. Google also receives the email data needed to handle the enquiry. Google Ireland Limited generally provides Google services for users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland. See Google’s privacy policy and its international data-transfer information.
Cloudflare uses a hash derived from the email address to limit repeated form submissions to three per minute per identifier. This identifier supports spam prevention and is not used for advertising; the message content is not needed for this limit.
